How do I manage my account settings?

In the account section, you can edit the general account settings, manage your offers, credits, payment methods, invoices, Mailify notifications and consult your credit use history.

To access them, click your avatar in the top right corner of your screen to display the select list, then click "Settings".

 

 

This section is only visible to the account administrator.

 

 

 

 

Personalize the account name

 

You can personalize the name of your account by clicking the "Personalize name" pencil at the top of the name.

You can change the name in the text field and confirm the changes by clicking on the green check mark, or discard the changes by clicking on the red cross.

 

 

Contact information

In this tab, you’ll find the details that were filled in during when you created your account. You can make changes to your contact details at any time. 

 

Orders

 From your account, you can also access your orders:

  • your orders: subscription or package with detailed info about the products and services included (number of emails per year, number of users and domains included)
  • the number of remaining e-mail or SMS credits as well as the number of remaining users and domains
  • the date of renewal of your subscription
  • contact address to change your order

 

 

 

You can choose to:

  • order additional credits to continue sending emails or SMS campaigns
  • increase the number of users
  • acquire a personal domain name
     

Order email credits

Click on "Order extra email credits":

 

  

 

Order your credits directly from the Mailify Sunrise application. Select the desired package and confirm your order by clicking on "Next":

 

 

The available credit packages are:

 

 

 

By clicking on "Next", you’ll continue to the payment page. Here you can select or modify your entered credit card number:

 

 

 

Order SMS credits

Click on "Order extra SMS credits":

 

 

Order your credits directly from the Mailify Sunrise application. Select the desired package and confirm your order by clicking on "Next":

 

 

The available credit packages are:

 

 

By clicking on "Next", you’ll continue to the payment page. Here you can select or modify your entered credit card number:

 

 

 

Add users

 

Click on "Share my account with other users":

 

 

Collaborate with others by adding the number of additional users and confirming by clicking on "Next":

 

 

By clicking on "Next", you’ll continue to the payment page where you can select and modify the credit card that’s linked to your subscription:

 

 

 

Add a dedicated domain name

Click on "Reserve my domain name":
 

 

To order new domain names, go directly to the the section for management of domain names. More information on domain management.

 

 

 

Notifications

 

 

Emails are sent regularly to inform you about the status of campaigns or invoices. You can the email addresses where you want to receive each of the following messages:

  • Routing service information (i.e. "Sending your campaign")
  • Editing your subscription
  • Billing

For each type of email, you can enter several emails in the field by simply separating them from a comma.

Ex: michel.dupont@mycompany.com, laura.maslet@mycompany.com

 

Payment


In the "Payment" tab, you can fill in or modify the payment method.

 

 

 

Invoices


In the "Invoices" tab, you'll find the history of your orders and invoices and you can filter them by year.

 

 

 

Credit history

 

 


In the "Credit history" tab, you'll find your SMS and email credit use history.


You can filter it based on a variety of criteria:

  • by period
  • by type of campaign (email, SMS, automatic or test campaigns) thanks to the tag filtering
  • by user or user groups
  • by word used in the name of the campaign thanks to the search field


In the top right corner, you'll see the number of emails and sms used based on the filters applied.
