The easiest and fastest way to create emails in Mailify Sunrise is to go to the EmailBuilder.
This is an email editor with a drag and drop feature to build a message using blocks of content.
Any email created with the Mailify Sunrise EmailBuilder is automatically adapted for mobile reading.
When you choose to create an email via the EmailBuilder, you have several options:
Start with an empty message (only pre-filled fields for web-copy and unsubscribe link are present by default)
Dozens of email templates are available for free in Mailify Sunrise. You can choose one of them and customize it with your texts, your images, your colors, etc.
To find out how the Mailify Sunrise EmailBuilder works, click here.
If you prefer to create your own emails or use an external source, you can select the "Import" "menu and choose the import method of your choice.
Here are the different methods available to you:
By choosing import from a file, you can import your HTML file containing your creative.

Select your HTML file on your computer and validate. Your email will be automatically imported into Mailify Sunrise and you will be able to modify directly the source of the HTML code directly in the interface.
By choosing the "Manual entry" option from the "Import" drop-down menu, you access an HTML code editor so that you can directly write the code source for your message in Mailify.

You then have access to an email editor divided into two parts.
By default, the HTML editor is located on the top and the preview of your content on the bottom.
You can choose to change the layout of these two elements with the email orientation button on the right.
By moving the separation bar, you can increase and/or reduce the size of these two parts to fit your comfort.
In the case where your email campaign is stored on an online server, you can choose to import the content by simply entering the URL on which it is hosted.

Enter the URL of your email in the next step.
You will then access the same screen as when you choose the manual creation mode.
You can choose to create your email by copying/pasting an HTML source.

By choosing this option, you access an HTML code editing screen where you can paste a previously copied code into your clipboard.
Once you have copied your code, click submit. You will then access the same screen as when you choose the manual creation mode.
You have the option to create an email in plain text format.
This means that your email will not contain any image, button or formatting. Only a text format will be sent without any possibility of customization.
The plain text email screen is a simple text editor. No formatting tool is available. All you have to do is type your text in the editor.
Only the options for inserting custom fields are available to add dynamic fields.
Depending on the creative mode you choose, some options are available or not above the header of your message.
These options allow you to use advanced settings, add dynamic fields, and perform certain actions on your campaign.
When you create an email with the EmailBuilder, you have access to different options:
At any time, you can choose to save the template you are creating or customizing for later use.
Clicking on this button will allow you to define a name for your template and choose which users will have access to it in case you share your account (learn more about account sharing).
Clicking this button will automatically redirect you to the management settings of your dedicated domains.
This option allows you to define where the images in your message will be stored. You can choose to host them on Mailify's servers, on an external server or directly in the body of the email.

When you choose the "import an external file" creation mode, some options are available:
Allows you to add a dynamic field based on the information in the columns of your recipient database.
This allows you to add for example the surname, first name or civility of each recipient in the email that will receive to make it unique and personal.
To learn more about using dynamic fields, click here.
This option also allows you to add a dynamic field but this time linked only to the parameters of your current campaign: the name of the campaign and the date it was sent.
As the name suggests, this option allows you to add a link to your email, choosing from the drop-down list.
You can add links to social networks, simple links, an unsubscribe link and a web copy.
When you choose to add a link to a social network, this will allow Mailify to recognize the type of link, which will help you when analyzing your statistics, including links.
Clicking this button will automatically redirect you to the management settings of your dedicated domains.
