How to create an registration or an update form?

The registration form collects information to build a list of contacts or interact with a list to update the data.

Click on "Registration/Update" to start creating your form


Then name the form and choose the contact list to fill in or click on "Create a new list" and name it. Then click on the green check to confirm the information.

 

The first step of your form is to select the data to use and ask in the form.

By default, you have:

  • The email
  • The mobile phone number
  • The name
  • First name
  • Ttile

You have the possibility to add a field, a new field is added to the list, you must name it and choose the type of data by clicking on the drop-down menu.
 

You have the possibility to modify the fields by clicking on the name to rename it and click on the type to change the data.

You can also use the selector to enable or disable the field:

Click "Next" to proceed to the second step.
 
In the second step, you must choose the type of publication:
 

 

  • Dedicated page: create and publish a form on a dedicated page
  • Pop-up: create, personalize and schedule the display of a pop-up for your website
  • Block to integrate: create, generate an HTML script and insert it on your website

You have the option to create your registration form or update data on a dedicated page.This page will only include your form, and will be hosted on Mailify's servers.

To create your form, go to the page "Formbuilder" to understand its use and to know all the features.

Once the page is created, you can publish your form and

  • share it using the URL
  • share it on social networks
  • promote it
  • schedule a confirmation to registrants

You have the option to create a form as a pop-up to integrate on a page of your website. Depending on the setting, it will appear during the visit of your website by the user.

You arrive on this interface to create your page, it includes the fields selected during the first step:

To create your form, go to the page "Formbuilder" to understand its use and to know all the features.

The created pop-up, you can set it:

  • The opening time: immediately or wait X seconds
  • The display frequency on the same user: X times a day, week, month or year
  • Positioning: centered, bottom left, bottom right, top left, top right
  • The visibility of the mobile pop-up

Then you can retrieve the code to copy it into the HTML code of your website."
