Whenever you import contacts into Mailify, the application automatically proposes an analysis of your email addresses, and excludes bounces, duplicates and invalid addresses.
When you click on Analyze, Mailify will detect and correct the bounces, duplicates and invalid addresses:
Mailify goes one step further and can correct email addresses whose domains are obselete or written incorrectly (e.g. hotmial -> hotmail)
Or, you can do this manually. These email addresses will be excluded from your list of recipients in your next email.
