Access your DNS zones control panel and add the following 5 records:
1) A TXT record:

The one that appears when you open "Settings" in Mailify, click on the "Domains" tab and on “I have my own domain and wish to use it”. Then you select “Manually”, write news.yourdomain.com and click “check” (make sure you select only the code between the speech marks).
2) Another TXT record:

If you don´t already have A and MX records in your DNS control panel, you need to add the following records as well:

Step 2: Adding your domain to the list of available domains in Mailify
Once you have added the records, you need to indicate to Mailify that your domain is ready to use. If you have used the by delegation method, follow these steps:
→ In the application, open the "Settings" window and go to the "Domains" tab.
→ Click on “I have my own domain and wish to use it”
→ Choose “By delegation”
→ Write news.yourdomain.com and click “Verificar”, then “Next Step” and finally “Save”.
If you have configured the domain Manually:
→ In the application, open the "Settings" window and go to the "Domains" tab.
→ Click on “I have my own domain and wish to use it.”
→ Choose “Manually”.
→ Write yourdomain.com and click “Verificar”, then “Next Step”.
→ In the first box, write “link” and in the second one “img” (without the speech marks).
→ Click “Check” and “Save”.
If the records from Step 1 have been added correctly, and the changes have been propagated (sometimes, changes in DNS zones can take between 24 and 48 hours to take effect), Mailify will confirm that the domain is now saved and ready to be used.
Step 3: Using the saved domain
Once the domain has been configured correctly and added to your list of available domains in Mailify, you must indicate in the campaigns that you would like this domain to be used to authenticate your emails.
If you would like to change the domain for all of your campaigns (recommended), you can set your new domain to be the default domain used:
→ In the application, open the "Settings" window and go to the "Domains" tab.
→ Under "Saved Domains", select the one you wish to use and ensure that the "Set by Default" box is checked.
To use your domain inside a specific campaign, follow these steps:
1. Inside your campaign, go to the “Settings” tab.
2. Where you see “Domain Name”, click “Add”.
3. Select “dedicated domain” and choose the domain you have just added from the list.
4. Click OK to confirm the changes.
That´s it!
Now your personalized domain is ready to use and all the emails that you send through Mailify will be authenticated, meaning that recipients and antispam filters will not suspect them and your emails are more likely to arrive correctly.
